It is our Policy to do anything reasonable to provide 100% customer satisfaction.
Please consider custom order & original design products sales FINAL.
APPROVAL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ANY RETURN. Please email us immediately with your concerns prior to returning any merchandise. Approved returns are only accepted within 10 days of shipment date. Approved returns must be UNUSED, in original condition, no damage or odors, and have all original tags attached to the item as originally placed. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable in most cases. All returns must be accompanied by packing slip for proper credit. Customer pays return shipping. You may want to purchase shipping insurance for your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Items purchased with free shipping will have our shipping costs deducted from refund. Items returned due to refusal to accept delivery or undeliverable by shipper will have an additional $5 service fee deducted from refund.
We provide detailed information on size, fit, fullness & measurements of our pettiskirts prior to your purchase. Therefore, returns on pettiskirts due to wrong size, fit or fullness may not be acceptable or may require additional shipping charges. Please thoroughly read ALL of the information provided on fullness, size & measurements prior to purchase. Our manufactures have return policies that we must follow.
Drop ship, Special order items, made to order items (MTO), custom order items, are not returnable/refundable. ONLY OUR in stock items may be returned for refund or exchange.
Drop Ship & MTO items: if you purchased a made to order (MTO) item that was shipped to you directly from the manufacturer and NOT by Bluebonnets & Bows, sales are final. We cannot return, exchange or cancel items shipped directly by the manufacturer as we must abide by the Manufacturers policies. If you received the WRONG or DAMAGED item from the manufacturer, please email us immediately and we will contact the manufacturer to get your WRONG or DAMAGED item replaced/exchanged. The manufacturers do have strict return policies so you MUST contact us immediately upon receipt of a wrong or damaged item.
All Rush order sales are final. Rush orders are at the discretion of the manufacturer & not available on all items at all times. Rush fees are assessed by the manufacturers, not Bluebonnets & Bows and must be paid in advance. We cannot be responsible for late shipping or late deliveries on drop shipped, MTO or rush orders. We will do everything possible to insure your order arrives on time.
All of our payments are processed through paypal therefore, all refunds will be through paypal. Credit will be issued once the item is received in the condition stated above.
Exchanges will be for same value items.
