VERY Important size information
All of these Bluebonnets & Bows Pettiskirts are 2 layers, approx. 35-40 yards of nylon chiffon with a satin or grossgrain ribbon tie at the waist. They are made by the SAME manufacturers that make other brands of boutique pettiskirts retailing for $80-$98.
Not all sizes/lengths are available in all styles.
The waist are completely adjustable. The waists have an elastic band with a button closure and a beautiful ribbon tie that works like a drawstring. The waist size given below is the SMALLEST measurement of the waist with the elasic band buttoned. To adjust to a larger waist, simply unbutton the elastic band and use the ribbon tie closure (like a drawstring) for your desired fit.
To choose a size, you need to primarily consider the LENGTH of the skirt that suits your preference. Do you want to wear your pettiskirt long or short?? Age/size ranges given are "most typical" and are intended only as a guide. Please, choose your size according to the LENGTH of skirt that you want to wear. When considering your desired length, please know that because these skirts are very full, they have a little weight to them. They will generally ride just above the hips and not high around the natural waist. Please MEASURE your child to choose a length!
