We design & create custom handcrafted children's clothing by request only. If you are looking for a special outfit for and event, pageant, holiday, portraits or anything, we will try to meet your needs. Let us know what you are looking for & we can design something special & original for you. However, we must respect other designers so we cannot "copy" other people's work or designs. Also, please understand that SPECIAL REQUEST items are NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE. Please no exceptions.

 Contact Us and send us an email, you can include photos or drawings if you like, and we will let you know if we can meet you needs and quote you a price & expected timeline. You will be responsible for providing measurements for custom clothing.

SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING on Pettiskirts!

Shipping is calculated by weight and is based on actual shipping costs. We package with care & ship promptly. Ready to ship items are shipped within 1 business day in most cases. We can ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia & Australia and APO's. Standard shipping is via USPS Priority OR First class Mail. Express shipping is also available in the U.S. We ALWAYS ship using delivery confirmation so your package can be tracked.

We realize that international shipping can be costly. Unfortunately, we have no control over what shipping services charge. We're sorry, but we can not ship international packages by any method that does not include some sort of tracking/confirmation.

On occasion, the shipping calculator on our website may mis-calculate shipping when you purchase multiple items. If this occurs and you overpay for shipping, we will refund your overpayment. If you underpay for shipping, we will not ask for additional payment. We apologize for this glitch, however, the shipping calculator simply has it's limitations.

If you would like us to quote you a shipping cost for shipping outside of the U.S. prior to completing your purchase, we will be happy to do so.

SALES TAX

8.25% Sales Tax will be applied for Texas residents. Sales Tax does NOT apply to shipping charges.

PAYMENTS

You DO NOT need to have a paypal account.

You can pay SECURELY with a credit card or bank account using PayPal. Even if you DO NOT have a paypal account, you can pay with a credit card using the PayPal checkout.

Once you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout. Even if you do not have a paypal account, click on the "pay via paypal" button. On the paypal checkout you can login to your current paypal account or you will see near the bottom, "Don't have a paypal account?" Click "CONTINUE". Click on the "continue" button and you can enter your credit card information for payment. Your credit card payment will be processed through paypal for this one time purchase. This is much more secure for you as we do not handle any of your credit card information directly.

RETURNS

We are sure you will love our pettiskirts! *If you are not thrilled with your pettiskirt, please contact us right away & under qualifying conditions, you may return it for exchange or refund. *conditions apply. See return policy.

Ready to ship items are returnable for refund or exchange within 10 days of shipping date only and must meet certain conditions for refund. Returns must be approved prior to being returned. Custom made & custom order items are non-returnable. Exchanges are for same value items. Please read our return policy carefully when placing your order.
