MADE TO ORDER

Most of our outfits are "made to order". This means the outfit is made when your order is placed & paid. We may request specific measurement information from you. Please allow up to 15 days for the creation of your "made to order" outfit. We will always ship your made to order outfit IMMEDIATELY once it is complete.

READY TO SHIP

Some of our Designs are "ready to ship". This means the outfit is already made in a specific size or sizes and will be shipped as soon as your order is placed & paid. We are happy to provide measurements of any outfit when requested.

SIZES

Many of our designs are made using a standardized size chart. We may also request some additional measurements of your child. We have found that these standardized sizes tend to run LARGE. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Sizes of outfits that start with a "pre-made" item such as overalls or jumpers, are determined by the "pre-made" item.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

If you are looking for a special outfit for and event, pageant, holiday, portraits or anything, we will try to meet your needs. Let us know what you are looking for & we can design something special & original for you. However, we must respect other designers so we cannot "copy" other people's work or designs. Also, please understand that SPECIAL REQUEST items are NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE. Please no exceptions.

Go to the "Contact Us" page and send us an email, you can include photos or drawings if you like, and we will let you know if we can meet you needs and quote you a price.

SHIPPING

We package with care & ship promptly. We will always ship your item IMMEDIATLY once it is complete. We can ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia & Australia. Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping is automatically calculated by weight and is reasonable. Express shipping is also available. We ALWAYS ship using delivery confirmation so your package can be tracked.

SALES TAX

8.25% Sales Tax will be applied for Texas residents. Sales Tax does NOT apply to shipping charges.

You DO NOT need to have a paypal account.

You can pay SECURELY with a credit card or bank account using PayPal. Even if you DO NOT have a paypal account, you can pay with a credit card using the PayPal checkout.

Once you have finished shopping, proceed to the checkout. Even if you do not have a paypal account, click on the "pay via paypal" button. On the paypal checkout you can login to your current paypal account or you will see near the bottom, "Don't have a paypal account?" Click "CONTINUE". Click on the "continue" button and you can enter your credit card information for payment. Your credit card payment will be processed through paypal for this one time purchase. This is much more secure for you as we do not handle any of your credit card information directly.
